Fidel Castro proves he’s a little over the edge with this column. It’s a pretty funny read. It looks like Castro found Rahm Emmanuel’s Wikipedia page. He starts wondering about Emmanuel’s last name, and then connects him to Kant. He rambles about Kant for a while, and then moves on to the Cuban revolution and the evils of U.S. capitalist imperialism. The anti-capitalism feels a little bit forced, and I wonder if he dislikes having to include it in everything he writes. Maybe the dude just wants to muse about Kant. Oh, and if Castro wants to know where the name “Emmanuel” comes from, he should probably talk to some Jews.
